Anonymus 151 was a patrikios and hyperstrategos of the Thrakesioi; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 252, no. 2 = p. 364, no. 6. The owner's name has disappeared; his titles, as given by Schlumberger, read: πατρικ[ίῳ] καὶ ὑπερστρατηγῷ τῶν Θρᾳκησίων (sic). Schlumberger notes that the title hyperstrategos is unique. Only examination of the seal or a facsimile would determine if the reading is correct. The original title may have been, not hyperstrategos, but hypostrategos. Cf. Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, p. 83 and cf. Theodoros 48 and Sisinnios 58.
