Zenas 1 was bishop of Pinara in Lycia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Mansi XI 1001 (Ζηνᾶς ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Πιναρίου ἐπαρχίας Λυκίας). On the see of Pinara, cf. Ramsay, Historical Geography, p. 425.

The bishop's name was read by Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 162, as Menas. See now Menas 6, which updates this entry.
