Zacharias 25 was basilikos protonotarios of the Thrakesioi; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 3214. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Τηεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τ]ω - σω - [δ]ου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Ζαχα. - ια π' Θυ' β' . - ροτονοτα.. - ο των Θρ.. - ισιω.. The text of the reverse reads: Ζαχαρίᾳ προνοίᾳ Θεοῦ βασιλικῷ προτονοταρίῳ τῶν Θρακησίων.
