Tribounas 2 was a basilikos spatharios; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2565. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει, with [τ]ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Τριβου - να β' σπα - θαριω. The name and title read: Τριβουνᾷ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ.
