Timotheos 6 was possibly hegoumenos of the monastery of Ta Kyrou; owner of several similar seals dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2563a, b and c (= Laurent, Corpus V 2, no. 1157). Obv.: (a, b and c) cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with η εις - ς τα - κυρ - ου in the corners. Rev.: (a and b) cruciform monogram of Τιμοθεω, with τω ς - ω ο[ι] - κετ - ι αει in the corners; (c) cruciform monogram of Τιμοθεω, with τω - σω - οικ α - ε[τι] [ει] in the corners. The texts read: Θεοτόκε, ἡ εἰς Τὰ Κύρου, βοήθει Τιμοθέῳ τῷ σῷ οἰκέτῃ ἀεί. Possibly Timotheos was the hegoumenos of the monastery of Ta Kyrou, in which there was a chapel dedicated to the Theotokos.
