Timotheos 4 was a hypatos; owner of a seal dateable to between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth: Zacos and Veglery 2564. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε, with β - ο - η - θη in the corners. Rev.: cruciform monogram of Τιμοθεω, with υ - π - α - τω in the corners. The text reads: Τιμοθέῳ ὑπάτῳ.
