Thomas 56 was a basilikos vestitor and archon; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2562. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βο(η)θει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Θωμα - β' βεστη. - [(καὶ)] ἀρχον - ... . The name and titles probably read: Θωμᾷ βασιλικῷ βεστήτορι καὶ ἄρχοντι.
