Theosebastos 1 was a topoteretes; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2552A. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει, with τω - σ[ω] - δου - λ[ω] in the corners. Rev.: +Θε - οσεβα[σ] - [τ]ωποτη - ρητη. The name and title read: Θεοσεβάστῳ τοποτηρητῇ.
