Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: + - Θεοπις - τω παρα - φυλακι Α - βυδου - +. The name and title read: Θεοπίστῳ παραφύλακι Ἀβύδου.
