Theophylaktos 118 was a hegoumenos of the monastery of Kathara; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: DOSeals III 48.1. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with το - σο - δου - λο in the corners. Rev.: Θεοφυ - .ακτω ιγου - .εν' των - Καθαρα. The name and titles read: Θεοφυ[λ]άκτῳ ἱγου[μ]ένῳ τῶν Καθαρᾶ.
