Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τ]ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Θεο[φ] - υλακτ' μ[η] - [τ]ροπ' Σω[τ] - ηρωπ'. The name and title read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ μητροπολίτῃ Σωτηροπόλεως.
