Theophylaktos 103 was a primikerios and megas kourator; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 3205. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τ]ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοφυ - λακτω πρ. - μ' (και) μεγαλ - κουρατ'. The name and titles read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ πριμικηρίῳ καὶ μεγάλῳ κουράτορι.
