Theophylaktos 95 was a basilikos spatharios and genikos logothetes; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2546. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοφυ - λακτω β' ς - πα' (και) γενικ - λογοθ'. The name and titles read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ γενικῷ λογοθέτῃ.
