Theophylaktos 93 was a basilikos spatharios and strategos of Kephallenia; owner of a seal dateable to the first half of the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2548. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Θεο - φυλακτω - β' σπαθ' (και) ς - τρα' Κεφα - ληνια'. The name and titles read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Κεφαλληνίας.
