Theophylaktos 89 was a patrikios and genikos logothetes; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2541. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev. : +Θε[ο] - φυλακ - τω πατρ - ι' (και) γενικ' - λογοθ - [ε]τη. The name and titles read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ γενικῷ λογοθέτῇ.
