Theophylaktos 80 was a dioiketes of Miletos; owner of two seals, both probably from the same boulloterion, dateable to the eighth century: DOSeals III 26.2a and b = Zacos and Veglery 3203a and b. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Θ[ε] - οφυλα - κτω διο - κ' Μιλι - του. The name and title read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ διοικητῇ Μιλίτου.
