Theophylaktos 75 was a chartoularios; owner of two seals dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth: Zacos and Veglery 1660a and b. Obv.: (a and b) cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει. Rev.: (a and b) Θεοφ - υλακτ - ου χα - ρτ'. The name and title read: Θεοφυλάκτου χαρτουλαρίου.
