Theophylaktos 74 was a koubikoularios and epi tes basilikes trapezes; owner of seals dateable to the seventh or eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 1070 (eighth century), Schlumberger, "Sceaux" III, 272 (seventh or eighth century) = Likhachev, Molivdovuly LX 5 (M-7954) (late seventh or early eighth). The name and titles read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ κουβικουλαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς βασιλικῆς τραπέζης. Probably a eunuch.
