Theophylaktos 70 was a basilikos spatharios and another title which can not be read; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos II 336. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου-λω in the corners. Rev.: patriarchal cross on base and two steps, with the legend [Θε]οφυλ'κτ' β' σπαθ' και ..... The text reads: Θεοφυλάκτῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ .....
