Theophylaktos 68 was a strategos; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly eighth or ninth century; he had a title which preceded strategos but it can no longer be deciphered: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 211c. The text reads: Θεοφυλ[ά]κτῳ ... καὶ στρατιγῷ.
