Theophylaktos 67 was bishop of Adrania; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly eighth or ninth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 179a. The text reads: Θεοφυλάκτῳ ἐπισκόπο Ἀδρανίας. His see was probably Hadrianeia in Hellespontus; cf. Sisinnios 18 for the place name.
