Theophylaktos 64 was a strategos (or perhaps protostrator); owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 6, 216. The text reads: Θεοφυλάκτῳ ..ῳ τῳ στρατ. The interpretation of the surviving letters of the title is not certain and πρωτοστράτ(ορι) is also possible.
