Theophylaktos 61 was a hypatos and dioiketes of the eparchiai; owner of a seal dateable to the late seventh century or the early eighth: Laurent, Corpus II, no. 1175 (dated late seventh or early eighth century) = Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 326a (undated).
