Obv. : invocative monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with the legend τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Rev.: [+]Θεωφ - [υλ]ακτο β(ασιλικῷ) μ - [αν]δατορ(ι) (καὶ) - διυκιτι.
