Theophylaktos 24 was bishop of Zenoupolis (Zenonopolis) in Isauria; in 787 he attended the first session of the Second Council of Nikaia (the Seventh Ecumenical Council) on 24 September 787; he is styled Θεοφυλάκτου ἐπισκόπου Ζηνουπόλεως: Mansi XII 999 (the Latin version, at XII 1000, also has "Zenupoleos"). He apparently attended no further sessions of the Council.
