Theophilos 41 was a basilikos protospatharios and domestikos of the Exkoubita; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2517A. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σ[ω] - δου - λ[ω] in the corners. Rev.: [Θ]εοφ[ιλ] - [ω] β' α' σπα' - [.δ]ομ' των - [ε]ξκουβ'. The name and titles read: Θεοφίλῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ (καὶ) δομεστίκῳ τῶν Ἐξκουβιτῶν.

Possibly identical with Theophilos 6.
