Theophilos 18 was a basilikos spatharios and tourmarches of the Kibyrrhaiotai; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 261, no. 1 (facsimile). Obv.: invocative monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with the legend τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Rev.: Θεο - φιλ(ῳ) β(ασιλικῷ) σπα - θ(αρίῳ) κ(αὶ) τουρμά(ρχῃ) - τῶν Κιβυρ - εωτῶ(ν).
