Theophanes 37 was the owner of a seal dateable to the first half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2500. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - δου - λω - σου in the corners. Rev.: Θεοφ - ανει, with, above and below, a cross over tendrils.
