Theopemptos 4 was bishop of Stratonikeia in Caria; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 163, no. 162 (= Mansi XI 1001) (Θεόπεμπτος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Στρατονικείας ἐπαρχίας Καρίας).
