Theopemptos 2 was bishop of Apamea in Bithynia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council at Constantinople, where he signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 150, no. 43 (= Mansi XI 992) (Θεόπεμπτος ἁμαρτωλὸς ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Ἀπαμέων πόλεως τῆς Βιθυνῶν ἐπαρχίας).
