Theoktistos 24 was a dioiketes and kommerkiarios of the Cyclades; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 42.6. Obv.: cruciform monogram of uncertain interpretation, with .ω - σω - .. - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεο - στω δ - τ' και κομ - ιαρ' Κ - δω. The name and titles read: Θεο...στῳ δ[ιοικη]τ(ῇ) καὶ κομ[μερκ]ιαρ(ίῳ) Κ[υκλά]δω[ν]. The name could have been Theoktistos or Theognostos.
