Theoktistos 15 was a patrikios and logothetes of the dromos; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2497. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Θεο - [κ]τιστω - πατρικ' (καὶ) - λογοθ' του - [δ]ρομ'. The name and titles read: Θεοκτίστῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ λογοθέτῃ τοῦ δρόμου.
