Obv.: invocative formula in the name of the Lord. Rev.: Θεοκτίστ(ῳ) β(ασιλικῷ) (πρωτο)σπαθ(αρίῳ) (καὶ) (πρωτο)νοταρ(ίῳ) τοῦ δρόμ(ου).
