Theodoulos 11 was bishop of Palaia Polis (Palaiopolis); owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: DOSeals III 107.1 = Laurent, Corpus V 3, no. 1804. Obv.: cross on three steps, with a circular inscription reading: .......οηθ...ω σω δουλω. Rev.: +Θεωδ - ουλω επη - σκοπω πω - λεος Παλ. - .ας αμη.. The reverse reads: Θεωδούλῳ ἐπησκόπῳ Πωλέος Παλαιᾶς, ἀμήν. On Palaia Polis, see Nesbitt and Oikonomides, DOSeals III, p. 183 with references. There were two bishoprics of that name, one in Asia, one in Pamphylia.
