Theodotos 57 was bishop of Nepet in Tuscia (Italy); he was one of the hundred and twenty-five Western bishops who attended the Council of Rome at Easter 680, and who subscribed the decree condemning monotheletism: Riedinger, p. 156, lines 31-33 (= Mansi XI 313- 314) (Δεοδάτος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς ἁγίας ἐκκλησίας Νεπεσίνης ἐπαρχίας Τουσκίας; the old Latin version printed in Riedinger, p. 157, line 25 calls him "Theodotus episcopus sanctae ecclesiae Nepesinae prouinciae Tusciae"). The name is given as "Theodoros" in Mansi XI 313-314.
