Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τω] - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Θεοδ[ο] - τω πατρ' β' - α' σπ' (καὶ) στ[ρ] - [α]τηγ'. The name and titles read: Θεοδότῳ πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ.
