Theodotos 29 was a komes of Abydos; owner of a seal dateable to the first half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2480A. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - δου - [λ]ω - σου in the corners. Rev.: Θεοδ - οτω κο - μιτι Αβ - υδ[ο]υ; above and below, cross with tendrils.
