Theodotos 11 was a patrikios and strategos of Thrace; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: DOSeals I 71.36 = Zacos and Veglery 2486. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοδοτω - [π]ατρικιω - (καὶ) στρατηγω - της Θρακης.
