Theodosios 67 was a dioiketes of Bithynia; owner of seals dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth: DOSeals III 76.3 = Zacos and Veglery 1642b, Zacos and Veglery 1642a. Obv.: cruciform monogram, probably of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: Θεοδ - σ' διυκ' - ιθυν'. The name and title read: Θεοδοσίῳ διοικητῇ Βιθυνίας.
