Theodosios 45 was a hypatos and komes of the basilika horria; owner of seals dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth: Zacos and Veglery 2929 (M VII/M VIII; the name and titles read: Θεοδοσίῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ κόμητι τῶν βασιλικῶν ὁρρίων), Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 206b (undated; the text was read by the editor as: Θεοδοσίῳ ὑπάτῳ κόμητι τῶν βασιλικῶν ὀ[θ]ρίων). These two seals may be one and the same seal, or perhaps two specimens of the same seal?
