Theodosios 34 was a basilikos spatharios and topoteretes of Charioupolis; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 159, no. 1 = p. 370, no. 1. The seal has an invocative monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει; the text reads: τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θε[ωδωσή]ῳ β(ασιλικῷ) σπαθ(αρίῳ) (καὶ) τοποτ(ηρητῇ) Χαριοπόλ(εως). The restoration of the name is by Schlumberger.
