Theodoros 351 was bishop of Syracuse; he was one of the supporters of the patriarch of Constantinople, Ignatios 1, named in a letter from pope Nicolas I (Nikolaos 28) to the emperor Michael III in c. 865: Nicolaus I, Ep. 86 ("archiepiscopi quidem ... Theodorus Syracusanorum").
