Theodoros 341 was a notarios regionarios of the see of Rome; he was one of the officials present at the Lateran Council in October 649, where his function was to read out documents requested by the Council; the Greek texts style him Θεόδωρος νοτάριος ῥεγεωνάριος τῆς ἀποστολικῆς καθέδρας or τοῦ ἀποστολικοῦ θρόνου and the Latin texts "Theodorus notarius regionarius apostolicae sedis": Conc. Lat., p. 50, line 22 with p. 51, line 22 (at the second session), p. 66, line 16 with p. 67, line 16, p. 120, line 1 with p. 121, line 1 (at the third session), p. 164, line 14 with p. 165, line 14, p. 206, line 34 with p. 207, line 34 (at the fourth session) and p. 320, line 17 with p. 321, line 17 (at the fifth session). He is expressly said to have read out certain originally Greek texts in Latin translation: Conc. Lat., pp. 50-51, 120-121, 164-165, 206-207, 320-321.
