Theodoros 324 was spatharios and the addressee of a letter from Theodoros 15 (Theodore the Stoudite) written in spring 816; he was a supporter of the Stoudite monks and of the veneration of icons: Theod. Stud., Ep. 148, p. 265 (addressed Θεοδώρῳ σπαθαρίῳ). He is identical with the unnamed spatharios mentioned in another letter written by Theodoros 15 in spring 816 to the hegoumene Anonyma 72; Theodoros 15 sent greetings to him and his children (τὸν κύριόν μου τὸν σπαθάριον καλῶς ἐκθειάζεις (κάλλιστος γάρ ἐστιν), ὃν καὶ προσαγορεύω πλεῖστα, ἐπεὶ καὶ τοὺς αὐτοῦ κλάδους, ἐκ ῥίζης ἀγαθῆς ἀνατεθηλότας: p. 264, lines 35-38) (cf. Anonymi 16): Theod. Stud., Ep. 147, pp. 263-264.
