Theodoros 319 was a basilikos spatharokandidatos and kleisouriarches of Seleukeia; owner of a seal dateable to the late ninth century or the early tenth: Zacos and Veglery 2464. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σ[ω] - δου - λω in the corners. The name and titles read: The beta on the reverse is in the shape of a Latin capital R, indicating a date not before the mid ninth century. His office must have been at Seleukeia in Isauria.
