Theodoros 318 was a basilikos spatharokandidatos and tourmarches; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2465. Obv. : cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεωδο - ρω β' σπαθα - ροκανδηδ - ατω (και) τορμ - αρχη. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαροκανδιδάτῳ καὶ τουρμάρχῃ.
