Theodoros 316 was a basilikos spatharios and kleisouriarches of Seleukeia; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2460. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λ[ω] in the corners. Rev.: [Θ]εοδ. - .ω β' σπα' - [(και) κ]λισουρι[α] - [ρ]χη Σελε - [υ]κιας. The name and title read: Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ κλεισουριάρχῃ Σελευκείας. The reading of the name is not certain.
