Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τω] - [σω] - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοδω - [ρ]ω κουρατορ' - του λογωθετ' - του δρομ'. The name and title read: Θεοδώρῳ κουράτορι τοῦ λογοθέτου τοῦ δρόμου.
