Theodoros 308 was a basilikos spatharios and topoteretes of the Optimatoi; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals III 71.31 = Zacos and Veglery 2463. Obv.: cruciform monogram of uncertain type, with the letters .ω - σω - .ου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοδ - ρω β' σπα' - τοποτ' . - Ωπτ.. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ τοποτηρητῇ τῶν Ὀπτιμάτων.
