Theodoros 304 was a basilikos protospatharios and strategos of Cappadocia; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2453B. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου -λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοδ. - [ρ]ω β' α' σπα[θ] - (και) στρατ' Κ[α] - παδοκ' . The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπατθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Καππαδοκίας.
